ABOUT LYNN MARIE

Since 2004, I’ve been designing distinctive luxury homes that reflect how my clients want to live. From custom residences to extensive renovations, my work brings together thoughtful architectural details, exceptional materials, and interiors that feel personal, welcoming, and beautifully finished.

As the founder of The Lynn Marie Collective, I specialize in luxury residential interiors, new construction, and large-scale remodels. My style blends timeless elegance with warmth and a subtle European influence, shaped by each home’s architecture and my clients’ individual tastes.

My projects have taken me across Michigan, Austin, TX, Sun Valley, ID, and Southwest Florida. Working with builders from the ground up, I guide the selections and details that give a home its character—from cabinetry, stone, and architectural finishes to lighting, furnishings, and the final layers.

I am on site daily to help manage and coordinate the project, address design questions, and work through details with the builders and trades. This hands-on involvement helps keep the work aligned with the design vision and gives my clients confidence throughout the process. I collaborate closely with clients, architects, builders, and skilled trades to carry the design through to completion.

My background in both interior design and real estate brings an additional perspective to each project, helping clients see a property’s potential and make thoughtful decisions about their home.

To me, luxury is found in the quality of the materials, the balance of a room, and the details you appreciate every day. A dramatic entry, a beautifully lit gathering space, a serene primary suite—each should feel as comfortable as it is memorable.

Whether creating a new home or transforming an existing estate, my goal is to bring clarity to a complex process and create a home that feels timeless, considered, and unmistakably yours.
